Obituary of Nancy S. Bell

Nancy S. (nee Strayer) Bell, 95, of Lima, PA, died Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at home. Mrs. Bell was born in Rutledge, PA and had been a resident of Swarthmore, PA before moving to Lima, PA ten years ago. Mrs. Bell was a graduate of Lansdowne High School and attended Business School in Philadelphia, PA. She was employed at Swarthmore College, as a Secretary until her retirement. Mrs. Bell was an active member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church, Clifton Heights, PA. She was a member of the Lima Choir and played the piano for Vesper Services at Lima Estates. Nancy was devoted to her home and most of all her family. A good natured person, she was known for her wit and sense of humor. Mrs. Bell loved to travel, taking trips with Lima Estates and traveling to Massachusetts to visit her daughter and family. Wife of the late John T.
