Blanche was pleasant and easy going. She enjoyed music and could often be heard humming and tapping her feet to her favorite tunes. She liked musicals and also looked forward to watching reruns of the Lawrence Welk Show on Saturday nights.
In her younger years she liked playing the slots in Atlantic City, going to the theater, and traveling to Hawaii with family. She looked forward to family vacations at the Jersey shore and Delaware beaches where she enjoyed walking the boards and getting her favorite fudge. At home, banana ice cream from the local home made ice cream parlor was her favorite.
Blanche was very much a family person and was always happy spending time with them in addition to her dear friend, Ellen Dolski. She had many good times and lots of laughs with her sister and brothers and their spouses including many late nights playing pinochle.
Blanche will be remembered as a special person who was funny, loyal, thoughtful, kind and who always had time to listen.
