Obituary of Antonia Adelman

Antonia (Lucuskas) Adelman, age 94, of Brookhaven died Sunday, January 15, 2012 at Fair Acres, Middletown Twp, PA. Antonia was born March 17, 1917 to Joseph and Helen Lucuskas. Antonia was a lifelong resident of Philadelphia. Mrs. Adelman owned and operated Dave's Auto and Truck Repair, North 4th St., Philadelphia, PA, for more than 50 years. Antonia was an active parishioner at St. Angnes-St. John Catholic Church, Philadelphia, PA. To her dying day, Antonia was concerned for the health and well being of her family, friends, Fair Acres staff and residents. She was known by all as Memom. Memom loved to share stories of her youth. She was a devoted pet lover and very supportive physically and financially of many charities. She was the wife of 32 years to the late David Adelman who died in 1972. SURVIVORS: Daughter: Joan A.
