Obituary of Gary A. Pantalone, Sr.

Gary A. Pantalone, Sr., “Uncle Buddy” age 80, of Wallingford, PA, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, died at home on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. 

Gary was a 1961 graduate of Southern Philadelphia High School.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran during Vietnam.   Gary was a Philadelphia Police Officer for 30 years, retiring in the late 90’s.

Uncle Buddy enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time in Wildwood, NJ. Gary was a good cook.  He adored his family and cherished spending time with his grandchildren.

Son of the late John and Mary Alice (Stickley) Pantalone; brother of the late George, Jack, Marie and Delores.

Survivors:

Wife of 48 years: Catherine (Wilkas) Pantalone

Sons: Gary (Janine) Fred (Erika), John (Tricia) Nicholas (Samantha) and Michael Pantalone

Grandchildren: Melissa, Joey, Sophia, A.J., Tess, Leah, Jack, Gabby, Adri, Maddie, Emelia, Michael and Kyler

Visitation: Saturday, October 12^th after 9:30AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Saturday, October 12^th at 10:30am at the funeral home.

Interment will be private.
