Cam A. (Caldwell) Phillips, age 86, of Middletown Twp. died Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at home. Mrs. Phillips was a 57 year resident of Middletown Twp. She was an active member of Lima United Methodist Church, Lima, PA. She was devoted to her home and family and enjoyed walking, gardening and cooking. Wife of the late Charles C. Phillips, Sr. who died in 1992 Survivors: Son: Chuck (Karen) Phillips of Glen Mills, PA. Daughter: Erna Kyle of Middletown Twp.
