Obituary of David N. Bosacco, MD
David N. Bosacco, MD, age 75, a well known and respected Orthopedic Surgeon died suddenly on December 6, 2010. Born in Darby, PA he was a 1952 graduate of Glenore High School. A graduate of Lebanon Valley College in Annvill, PA and Hahnemann Medical School. Dr. Bosacco served his orthopedic residency at Hahnemann Hospital and later became an instructor at Hahnemann. Dr. Bosacco joined the staff at Riddle Memorial Hospital in1967 and became the Chief of the Orthopedic Department in 1972.
Dr. Bosacco was a Captain in the US Air Force where he built the orthopedic department during the Vietnam War. He was a longtime parishioner of St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Chester Heights, PA.
Dr. Bosacco was very athletic having played college football and was also an amateur boxer and had a black belt in Karate. He was a multiple national champion powerboat racer. Dr. Bosacco was an avid supporter of Interboro High School football, Lebanon Valley football and also coached several football youth teams. Most of all, he was a family man who loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He was the son of the late John and Mayre (Beatty) Bosacco and the brother of the late John Bosacco.

Wife of 28years Priscilla Blue Bosacco.
2 DAUGHTERS: Ann Mills (Daniel) of Media and Amy Anna (Dan) of Media.
2 BROTHERS: Stephen and Kenneth Bosacco.
4 GRANDCHILDREN: Amy, Danny, Molly and Christopher Mills.
Also survived by nieces and nephews.
