Obituary of Marie Agnes White

Marie A. (O'Malley) White, age 95, of Glen Mills, Concord Twp., and formerly a long time resident of Upland, PA, died Monday, April 9, 2012 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Mrs. White was born in Geneva, NY and at a young age moved to Chester, PA with her family. She was employed by Bell Telephone, later Verizon, at their Lansdowne facility and also in Wilmington, DE. After her retirement, she was employed in sales at Sears in Granite Run Mall. She attended Hallahan Girls High School and the former Immaculate Heart Commercial School in Chester. Marie was a founding member of the Church of Our Lady of Charity, Brookhaven, PA. She was the wife of the late Arthur E. J. White, Sr. who died in 2000. Sister of the late John O'Malley, Eugene O'Malley, Florence O'Malley, Marguerite Davis, Anne Potter, Irene Dow and Shirley Benoit Survivors: Daughters: Jean Marie Hertzog, Anne Noreen Okon, Gerry (Norm) Shropshire, Mary Beth Donovan. Sons: Michael J. White and Arthur E. J.
