Obituary of Ronald A. Hahey
Ronald A. Hahey, age78, died, November 20, 2010. Ronald was a former resident of Thornton for 38 years before moving to Chadds Ford 6 years ago. Mr. Hahey was a 1951 graduate of Ridley Township High School and attended PMC College. Ronald was employed as a Mechanical Engineer for Allstate Design & Development Co. until his retirement in 1996.
Mr. Hahey was a Veteran of the US Marine Corp where he received; the Rifle Marksman Badge, Korean Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal and USMC Basic Badge. He was a past Commander of American Legion, Frederick A. Scott Post 777. He was a worshipful Master and a member at the Masons at Prospect Lodge #578 F &A.M.
He was a Licensed Charter boat Captain in Cape May for 10 years and went to many exotic locations where he sport fished and also big game fished.
He was the husband of 55 years to the late Deanne Davis Hahey and the father to the late Debra D. Hahey.

DAUGHTER: Brenda G. Wolf of Chadds Ford.
SONS: William B. Hahey of Ashland Oregon and Brian D. Hahey of Chadds Ford.
SISTERS: Beverly Dykhouse of Elverson, PA and Gay Murray of Secane.
GRANDSON: Logan Tyler Wolf of Chadds Ford
