Obituary of Elizabeth L. Kane

Elizabeth (nee Lord) Kane, age 89, of Edgmont Twp., died Monday, November 22, 2010 at White Horse Village. Born in Chester, she was the daughter of the late Charles P. and Mildred (Dix) Lord. She was a resident of Upper Providence Twp., before moving to White Horse Village 8 years ago. Elizabeth was devoted to her late husband, William & her home. Both she and her husband were members of the Edgmont Country Club where they enjoyed playing golf. They also loved dancing and skiing together. She was the wife of the late William Kane who died in 1999. Survivors: COUSINS: Josephine Eyre, of Greenville, IL, Alma Scarpitti of Claymont, DE, Patricia Barkman of West Chester, and Barbara Butts of Greenville, IL.
