Served with Elsie many years when she was at Aston Pres Church. Many fond memories of a wonderful person and teacher. I know her family will miss her.

I was so sorry to read of Elsie's passing in the Daily Times. I had just seen her in Willowbrook Court and she seemed ok, her old friendly joking self. What a wonderful lady. I have many fond memories of her as neighbor and friend here in Aston and next to my mom and dad in Oakbridge Terrace. But I want all of you to know how kind she was to me when we first met at Brookhaven Middle School. She helped me through a crisis there. I will never forget her kindness and wisdom. She was one great lady with a wonderful sense of humor! She is missed.
