Obituary of Dorothy Isabel Tubbs

Dorothy I. (Bergman) Tubbs, age 93, a 55 year resident of Secane, PA, died Thursday, September 12, 2013. Mrs. Tubbs was a 1939 graduate of Haverford High School. Mrs. Tubbs was a member of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church. She served as a Past President of the Primos-Secane Women's Club. A gifted creative person, she was an accomplished seamstress, played piano and enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Mrs.Tubbs was an enthusiastic reader and game player. Mrs. Tubbs was predeceased by her beloved husband of 56 years, Van D. Tubbs, sister, Melva Church and nephew, Bruce Jenkins. SURVIVORS Daughter: April V. Bayne (Jerry) of Texas Sons: David W. Tubbs (Judy) of Delaware, Wayne K. Tubbs (Kathy) of Thornton, PA and Roger V.
