Robert C. Fallon, Builder, Dental Consultant and Golfer, age 97, of West Chester and formerly of Springfield and Lansdowne, PA. Died December 31, 2010.. Mr. Fallon began his career as a Lansdowne realtor, with his father John Patrick Fallon, in the 1930s. He later became a recognized builder throughout Delaware County in the 1940s and 50s, having built residential developments in Lansdowne, Morton, Lawrence Park (Allendale Farms) and Newtown Square (Wyola Glen). Following his retirement from the home construction industry, he formed his own consulting business, Doctors Related Services (DRS). Through private seminars and staff training sessions, he counseled dentists from Pennsylvania to Washington D.C. on ways to effectively improve and expand their practice. Bob Fallon was a avid reader and golfer who was past president and a long time member of Llanerch Country Club. Other hobbies and interests included bowling, boating, fishing, staying physically fit, travel, and German shepherds. Mr. Fallon delighted in being with his family. A self-educated man he was a wise, witty, generous, and caring father, grandfather, great grandfather and uncle, and an inspiration to those who knew and loved him. Husband of 73 years to the late Elinore M. Fallon. SURVIVORS Daughter and Son-in-Law: Valerie F. and Philip G.
