Condolences
Gary, since your mother passed away last October, I'm sure she's looking for me to join her up there. I can imagine her surprise when you show up ahead of me. Look for me - I'll join both of you soon. I love you, Son. Dad
Gary I'm so glad I had the opportunity to work with. You brought alot of fun and laughter to us all. You will be missed.
Rest in peace my friend
Renee
I met Gary on Facebook. We belonged to the same Paranormal Group there. Gary will be sadly missed and thought about often in our special group. Into the Great Beyond, Gary! I hope it's a wonderful ride!
You will always be my Bacon Boy and the one who gave me the best Christmas present ever that I will cherish forever!!! I love you Gary, I always will...
Gone too soon. He had so much love of life. I was one of hundreds of Facebook friends who came to love him.
If I could say one thing, it would be to his nieces... you were the loves of his life.
Your sense of humor always brightened my day, may you have all your books around you to enjoy, rest well my friend.
I met Gary through Facebook and his friendship reached out to many. I missed meeting him when he visited the UK last year but had plans to take him to Oxford this year. He always put a smile on my face and he is sorely missed. RIP Gary xxx
Gary with his good natured sense of humor and stories about his nieces always added a bright and happy note to my day. I'm going to miss reading the zany spin he delivered when sharing his daily life with us, but I'll always be thankful for the memories.
I am sorry in being a bit late to do this. Been struggling to think of the words for one of the best cyber chums I've ever had. Gary enjoyed me ranting about poor trains, talking about Rugby Union even though he'd never seen it, pics of my family and music. I enjoyed his humour and had hoped to meet him this year and show him Oxford, and take home to a proper game of rugby, where we'd have quaffed ale and been merry. I am devastated that I never got to meet him in person, however will be forever grateful for the banter and laughs we shared. He was as we say in the UK a scholar and a gentleman, with never a bad word to be said about anyone. I miss his calming words and depreciative humour, and I will be doing Gary's Big Day Put in Spetember, when I will go into Oxford and enact the day my wife Mel and I would have spent with him in his memory. My favourite memory was him commenting on his tour of the UK last year and messaging me to day he now realised I wasn't joking about how poor First Great awe stern Trains are...oh and rebuking me for suggesting beers he should try as they'd left him feeling a little jaded. He was a truly lovely bloke.
