Obituary of Ronnie A. Bridwell
Ronnie A. Bridwell, "Tex" age 62, of Wallingford, PA, and formerly of Dallas, Texas, died peacefully, Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at home, surrounded by his loving family, after a long battle with Cancer.
Ronnie was a 1970 graduate of Justin F. Kimball High School, where he was an accomplished athlete participating in baseball, track, football and achieving runner up as a Golden Gloves Boxer in 1967. He attended high school with Jimmy and Stevie Ray Vaughn.
Ronnie worked for 18 years, as a Supervisor with All Seasons Landscaping, his artistic talent included such locations as the Philadelphia International Airport, Love Park, The Philadelphia Art Museum, Azalea Gardens and Logan Circle.
Previously Mr. Bridwell worked as a Roofing Supervisor with Fox & Jacob Inc., Brandt Engineering Heat & Air Conditioning, pipe fitting and sheet metal work, Asbestos Technician with Duall, Marcor, East Coast, EMR, International Envelope Company machinist, and Congoleum flooring for 10 years.
Ronnie was a totally devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys, a proud owner of a 73 Olds Omega, and loved his dog, Bailey. Most of all, Ronnie was a devoted and loving Husband, father and grandfather.
He was the son of the late Auguston and Dollie Bridwell; brother of the late Michael Dale and Gary Linn Bridwell and Shirley Ruth Glover.
