Obituary of Mae B. Johnston
Mae B. (Giberson) Johnston, 83, of Brookhaven, PA, died Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at Lankenau Hospital, Wynnewood, PA. Mrs. Johnston was born in Philadelphia, PA, and had been a resident of Brookhaven, PA, since August 1952.
Mrs. Johnston worked with Weight Watchers for 36 years, where she made countless friends, as a result of her outgoing and friendly personality.
Mrs. Johnston was a member, for more than 60 years, of Mt. Hope United Methodist Church, Aston, PA.
Mae enjoyed her home and looked forward to the Spring, when she began working in her garden. She was a passionate gardener and tended to her plants throughout the Summer.
Mae enjoyed music and dancing. She loved her family, church, flowers, neighbors and friends and most of all, cherished spending time with her granddaughters, Colleen and Holly and great-granddaughter, Abby. Family gatherings and holidays were especially important to her, because the company of her family meant lots of love and laughter.
Mrs. Johnston was predeceased by her husband, William R. Johnston, Sr., who died on February 20, 2011.

Daughter: Deborah J. Sloan (Harry) of Paoli, PA
Grandchildren: Colleen Robinson (Jermey) and Holly Johnston
Great-Granddaughter: Abigail Robinson.
Sister: Ruth Zlupko (Bill)
Also survived by many nieces and nephews
