I saw Mr. Pugh's obit in today's Roanoke Newspaper. If my memory serves me correctly, I think that my dear former neighbors Steve and Rose Pugh on Fieldale Road called him "Bud". I remember him and his brother S.D. and sister Frances (I think I have her name correct) from my childhood. I was approximately 10-ll years old when I moved to Fieldale Road in 1953-54. Mr. and Mrs. Pugh were so good to me as a child. I remember that they had lots of nice trees and flowers and they grew grapes. I was friends with Bonnie Harris - I often wonder about her. I am so sorry for your loss.
