Obituary of Richard R. Langdale

Richard "Rick" Langdale, age 56, of Aston, PA, formerly of Nether Providence Twp., PA, died after a courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, while surrounded by his loving family. Rick was a graduate of Nether Providence High School, where he was an enthusiastic member of the soccer team. Rick was employed for 26 years with Keeler Instruments in Broomall, PA. Rick was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, and was a 40 year season ticket holder. He also enjoyed attending Blue Rocks games. Rick liked spending time at the shore at Ocean City, MD. He would also take day trips to Atlantic City. Rick was an animal lover and cherished his dogs, Casey and Abby. The backyard was a tranquil place for Rick, and he would enjoy time on his deck. Most of all, Rick was a devoted husband, father and brother. He was the son of the late Albert E. and Eleanor (Sharpless) Langdale, Jr. Survivors; Loving wife of 30 years: Kathleen A.
