Obituary of Phyllis Zitarelli Hewitt

Phyllis Zitarelli Hewitt, age 67, of Haddonfield, NJ, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Phyllis was a graduate of Moore College of Art and Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. She was an accomplished watercolorist of Irises and children, then oil portraits of individuals, families, distinguished physicians at Kennedy, Cooper, Newark, Bellvue and NYU, and one horse. Toward the end of her career, she focused on landscapes, then clouds and finally abstracts. Phyllis was the daughter of the late Joseph and Edna (Simpers) Zitarelli. Hewitt Children: Joseph (Cathy) Hewitt and Elizabeth (Kayhan) Mirza Four Grandchildren, and friend to many more Memorial Service: May 30, 2015, Saturday 11:00 AM, at First Baptist Church of Haddonfield, 124 Kings Highway E., Haddonfield, NJ 08033.
