Obituary of Joan R. Frankenfield

Joan R. (Ward) Frankenfield, age 83, of Brookhaven, PA , formerly of Sharon, Hill, PA, died Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Ashbridge Manor, Downingtown, PA. Joan was born in Philadelphia, PA, and was a graduate of Overbrook High School. Previously, she had been a resident of Sharon Hill, PA for 28 years, before residing in Brookhaven, PA for 22 years. Joan was a parishioner of the Church of Our Lady of Charity, Brookhaven, PA. Joan enjoyed embroidering, working in her garden and playing bingo. She was devoted to her home and above all, loved her family and cherished spending time with them. Joan was the wife of the late Henry C. Frankenfield, and mother of the late John Frankenfield. SURVIVORS Sister: Annmarie Caden Her Children: Thomas Frankenfield (Joanne), Joan Pellegrino (Frank), Helen Sheehan (Dennis), Ann Elliott (Raymond), Henry "Hank" Frankenfield, Jr. (Denise), and Chaz Frankenfield (Patti) Grandchildren: Steven, Thomas and Caryn Frankenfield, Lori Smith, Michael Pellegrino, Patrick Sheehan, Megan Dollar, Melissa Bryce, Michele Hoffman, Lauren Elliott, Bryan, Kevin, Amanda, Nick, Adam and Dylan Frankenfield. Great-Grandchildren: Lincoln, Maggie and Brooklyn Frankenfield, Emma Smith, Liam and Molly Sheehan, Duval Dollar and Parker Hoffman.
