Ill never forget the man, the father, the friend, the neighbor, and most of all, the man who returned my son to me when no one else could.....now the 2 of you ride the same big blue skies......gone too soon, proving God only takes the BEST.RIP my friend, RIP Scott

He was always funny, light hearted and fun to be around. What I remember most, is his amazing smile. . .it could light up a room! He will be truly missed. I am so saddened by his passing, but at least he was doing something he loved. God Bless.

Scott Shields has forever been and forever will be a friend. I and every O'Brien who knew him is proud to say we knew Scott growing up. He influenced me, my wife, my cousin. He tamed a mean German Sheppard named Jutta. It is hard to express my sorrow writing this as Scott smiles at me. I can not believe Scott you are gone from this world. May God bless you and your family.

May Scott rest in peace. I was so sad to hear the news of his passing. He certainly lived a very full life in his short lived years.

I had to hire Scott many years ago to defend me and he was a fine lawyer who believe in fighting for his clients. In the small amount of time I spent with Scott, I knew he was a man of honor. He worked very hard and helped me through a difficult time.

I will continue to pray for Scott and his entire family. To his daughters, please know that your father was a very good man who is living with his Lord and Savior. You will see your father again one day. Make him proud in all that you do. Continue with your education and make something of yourselves. Continue to make your father proud as he watches over you.

Scott was really just an acquaintance to me when I met him at The Frontier Saloon. But after hearing of his passing, I realized he was a friend. He had bought me a few beers and he was always smiling. RIP you will be missed by friends and family
