Obituary of Aldo O. Cardoni, Sr.

1917-2016 Aldo O. Cardoni, Sr., "Cal" age 98, of Aston, PA, died Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at home surrounded by his loving family. Aldo was employed with the Sun Oil Company for 38 years, retiring in 1982. Aldo was married to the love of his life, Ruth, at St. Anthony's Church in 1944. Then in 1956, Cal and Ruth moved to Aston, PA, joining the Church of St. Joseph. In1984, along with their son and daughter-in-law, Ruth and Cal joined the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle in Glen Mills, PA. Aldo was a crossing guard for Penn Delco School District for 15 years, and proudly watched over the kids on the corner of Concord and Dutton Mill Rds. Aldo was devoted to taking care of his family and cherished spending time together. He was the son of the late Alfonso and Adella Mezzanotti Cardoni; Husband of the late Ruth Cardoni and predeceased by two brothers and two sisters. Survivors: Son and Daughter-in-Law with whom he lived since 2007, Aldo O.
