I first met Dot Levens in 1963 when I joined the Corps of Cadets at PMC. She created an instant impression and we remained friends for over 50 years. I did a poor job of keeping in touch when life got in the way but would visit her whenever I was in the area. Our last visit was in 2009 just prior to my deployment to Afghanistan. I was honored with an Alumni Award from PMC/Widener and I invited Dot to attend the dinner with me and my wife. She accepted and we had a great evening together as she visited with "her boys" from so many years ago. She was a great friend and so very proud of both her immediate and extended families. I will miss seeing her on my visits to Pennsylvania but I am left with some great memories.
