Condolences
I did not know this man, but he was to young to go. God bless the family and friends who are morning him. I will keep you all on my prayers.
Our love and condolences go out to the immediate and extended family. We'll miss the rousing debates/discussions with Rob at family gatherings.
Love, Bud and Nancy Varney
I am so very sorry for your loss. Rob's passing is a deep loss for all of us who knew him and worked with him. I'll never forget his smile and how he made the shifts easier with his wonderful personality. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this time.
Dear Tara and the Wallace families..We are truly saddened to hear of Robs passing. In the short time we knew him, we always looked forward to seeing him and Tara and their pups when we went camping. He was quite the cook. May he rest in peace..God Bless...Sincerely Wink(Barb) and Moose(Carl) Scott
Kierstin, Kaitlyn and Sam,
You may not remember us, we met at the campground at Lewes and you came to our house for a Fourth of July picnic.
Unfortunely, I will be unable to attend the services.
I want to tell you that in the brief time we knew you, we were really touched by the huge heart your dad had. He was a great man and he loved you dearly.
I remember at the rv park your family had all your life jackets in the line. I jokingly asked what those small life jackets were for, and your dad didn't miss a beat.... he said, " you know, we put so much work into them, we would just hate to see them just float away!"
I am sooo sorry for your loss. As a nurse, I know your Dad touched many, many lives. He will be a piece in all those people's hearts, as well as ours.

Rob, Rest in peace my friend. You now have your angel wings and can fly the heavens! You will be sadly missed by family and friends.
My condolensces to Rob's family. He was a great guy with whom I always enjoyed working with. Funny, very intelligent and just an all around nice guy. I enjoyed many slow shifts and down time chatting and joking around with him.
Vaya con Dios my friend
As manager of, and speaking on behalf of Deep Branch Family Campground, we were deeply saddened and shocked to learn of Rob's tragic & untimely passing. It was a joy getting to meet & know him at the campground last season and how he enjoyed the beach, and we had looked forward to his returning this season. Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. May God bless you all.
I have to tell you how sorry I am to hear of Rob's sudden passing! Rob was my nurse during my breast biopsies on 1/23/17 at Riddle. He stayed with me throughout my time there. He promised to check on me the next day and he did just that. Within hours of him checking in, I found out I indeed had breast cancer.
That day will NEVER be a sad memory because of the fun that I had with the Riddle staff. I didn't know Rob well but I spoke highly of him when I told my diagnosis story. Please know that, although we only met once, he made an impact on my life. I will continue to pray for all of you beyond the next few days, as I cannot imagine how difficult this must be for you. You were certainly fortunate to have him!
My deepest sympathies for the family and friends of Rob as you deal with this most devastatingly sudden passing. I knew Rob as a gentleman and true professional. The smile in the photo is the same I would see every time we passed or spoke. The world has lost a special man.
My sincere sorrow for those who worked with him and knew him so well. Your days will be so different and his absence will be felt for certain. I have you all in my thoughts.
My sincere condolences to Rob's family, especially to his daughters who he spoke very lovingly about. I will forever remember Rob as being kind and all around nice guy. You are all in my thoughts and prayers in this most difficult time. RIP Rob.
