Condolences
We haven't seen Bill in many years and I doubt anyone remembers us, but we lived next door and raised our 3 kids, now 5, until we moved. He was such kind and sweet man and was always there to help and his wife was so sweet also. She would help us if we needed it, as new parents. We sold the house to a teacher and moved to North Carolina and lost contact, but we have talked about them all the time and wondered what had happened to them. Never thought they were that old, thought more like 80. He will always be remembered by our family for all the nice things he did for us in years we lived there. Our condolences to the family, they probably don't remember us, Bill will be missed by us.
Mr. Davies was one of the nicest men I have met. I spent my childhood in his backyard with his son Billy. I have fond memories of him and his kindness to everyone who grew up on Shepherd St. God Bless!
I will always remember Mr. Davies. He was such a memorable person in my childhood. Thank you, Mr. Davies for always supporting my door-to-door fundraising, having the best Halloween candy, and the happiness you carried with you always. We loved you dearly and looked up to you as a great neighbor.

Bill was one of the first neighbors to welcome us to the neighborhood a little over eight years ago. He was always so nice and he will be missed. May he rest in peace.
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Mr. Davies welcomed us to Shepherd Street when we moved here in 1986. When he was well, we enjoyed talking with him as he stopped on his way to his walking routine. Mr. Davies was a gentleman. Hoping your happy memories will give you peace of heart.
Deepest sympathies to Karen, Linda and family. Aunt Avis and Uncle Bill will always be a part of my childhood memories. The past few years Uncle Bill and I have made a point of keeping in touch, I very much enjoyed our phone conversations. Both Aunt Avis & Uncle Bill will always remain in my heart with fond memories. Love, Deb Ormeno-Morici
Linda & family, Karen & family ... you're dad will always be "Mr. Davies" to me. I was always so happy and grateful when he stopped to play a game of hopscotch with me. I really appreciated chatting on the phone and writing/receiving notes in the last few years. He always had a funny story to share. Just thinking of your dad makes me smile.
Karen and Linda you are in my thoughts during this time. Your Dad was always the most pleasant, friendliest and funny man I have met. I would not see him for years, then I would run into him and he always remembered who I was and had a story. I hope in time the love and memories you shared with him will help heal your loss. My condolences Shirley Langley
