Lillian was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She was a cousin and friend to my mother, Dorothy Carson, and they traveled together as seniors. In recent years, Lillian told me of her days at the Pentagon -- she was one of the few women in her job at the time. On behalf of all the Minks and Carsons, she will be missed.
