Condolences
Found out recently about Sam. Very sorry to hear that.
I have nothing but fond memories of Mr. DeMarco. He was always so kind and remembered details of my life even if I hadn't seen him in a year. The love he had for his family was beautiful and a privilege to witness. Rest In Peace.
Sam was thoughtful and kind in all my interactions with him. He was sincerely interested when he inquired about my life. He was devoted to his daughter, granddaughters and son-in-law. He pitched in and helped my brother with many projects over the years! Thank goodness! His gentleness and kindness will be missed.
I am so privileged to have had a grandfather like Poppop. He was the kindest, most generous person I have ever met. I will miss sitting at the kitchen table talking with him, hearing his voice on the phone, even just calling him to get his shopping list! He did so much for me over the years that I could never repay. I will never, ever forget him and all of the things he taught me. I love you, Poppop. xoxoxoxo
I don't know how I will learn not to call you each day. You were a gentle, kind man who would have done anything for me, Steve or the girls. You help was tireless and I hope that I gave you a small amount of comfort in the last year. I know you are watching from above.
Sam was the nicest guy I ever knew. Throughout almost 40 years, we never had a cross word and never had an argument. The man had infinite patience and was a great handyman....unlike his son-in-law.
Sam, thanks for teaching me how to hang wallpaper and for helping with countless home projects over the past 33 years. Without you, my house would probably look like a Three Stooges special!
Most especially, thanks for being there for Sue and me, and for never interfering in our marriage.
